Chiara Pastoor (1995) is a filmmaker, writer and music artist. She graduated from Fine Arts at Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, NL in 2022 with her first short film 'Directed by'. The film was nominated for Drempelprijs 2022 and screened during a variety of filmfestivals. The film was also screened as video installation in art exhibitions, such as Sex Shooter: The Liberty of Sexual Identity by Noorderlicht Photography Foundation and Ulysses European Odyssey. In 2024 she created her second short film 'De stilte vanuit zijn kant was zo luid dat ik dacht dat het drie bedden in mij bezet hield'. The film was nominated for the NPF Award at Nederlands Poëziefilm Festival.
